Color coding of functions (on function pages, not tables of contents)

BLUE - BioBIKE functions (usable only when BioBIKE is installed)
GREEN - BioBIKE functions (does not require BioBIKE)
RED - Lisp functions (inherent part of language)
BLACK - (not yet implemented)
