BBL - Basic syntax
These pages are intended to provide just what you need to know to get started using the BioBIKE Language (BBL). If you want to learn more about BBL, then try the links listed below.

The best way to learn the few lessons contained in these pages is to read a bit at a time and then immediately test your understanding in the BioBIKE Web Listener. It would be best if you had a listener open in a separate window.

This tutorial presumes that you have entered BioBIKE mode during initialization.
