Mr. Sidorov is a Russian immigrant that immigrated to the United States in 1987. He was born January 6, 1948. Like many of his comrades, Mr. Sidorov grew up poor but he never went without adequate nutrition. Prior to his immigration, he had lived in Pripyat, in the Ukranian SSR region of the former Soviet Union. Mr. Sidorov was employed as a janitor at a local power plant. His father died at the age of 48 and his mother died at the age of 34, when Mr. Sidorov was only 5 years of age.
Mr. Sidorov has sought care from your office today, because he has felt unusually tired and weak for the past several weeks. He reports some unplanned weight loss because he has not had a normal appetite for the past two months. He also reports that the symptoms have been worsening over time.
