Interesting Article...
-- Beliefnet.com: "The New Neighbors
Will Americans embrace gurdwaras and mosques in the suburbs?"
I just finished reading this article by Dr. Diana Eck, a professor of South Asian Religion's @ Harvard School of Divinity. I remember watching a video, last fall, on "America's new religious identity" in Dr. Spiro's Rels in Contemp. America. Where Dr. Eck was speaking about her book, and this article kinda highlighted the main parts of her book. This books seems like a good read, and i think even D.r Edwards recommended it. But when i was @ Baru Sahib, one night when i was visiting BABA ji, someone there, recommended me a book by THomas Merton "The Seven Storey Moutain: An Autobiography of Faith . And last night i went to B&N and i found it, but i put it back down to buy a another book. The book i bought was from Dan Millman.
Back 2 the book by merton it had a rating of 4.5 by 65 people, may by i'll buy in a couple of weeks. it seems interesting. really interesting, if someone has read feel free to leave your remarks...

leader, brave and selfless and you will fight
to the bitter end for peace and freedom. You
have extensive knowledge in just about
everything from art to the art of war. You
would be a better leader if you were more
ruthless, but then you just wouldn't be Optimus
Prime. Roll out with your bad self!

Back home....
hey yall.
well i'm in the good ol states. India was well... ok... but Baru Sahib was the coolest place!!! i thought my flight back to the states would never end... but luckily it did... I'm suprised that my sitar survived the journey. but some how it appears the main string has some how loosened and it sounds more high pitched. i'll have to figure out how to fix it. well it appears that i am well rested, and i think i'll move in to my apartment in a couple of days, and i should be officially moved in, no later than friday.
I just got finished loading up the pictures from Camp, and let me say that they are hilarious, i love taking candid pictures of people, b/c it catches the real emotion of the person, not a fake smile. the camp pics should be up on the net with in this comin up week, its just that i lack High speed internet. so need not to fear...
on more recent news.... i just found out that "Super Freak" RIck James has died... oh dear... in his loving memory i end this blog by his great words of..... "I'm Rick James... B!tch!"
peace cyall on da Flip Side
