The heat?
You can feel the heat from this far back and you can see a typical cross section of the student body too (no puns intended).
The Tyvek is visibly vaporizing off the wood. Most of the structure is still standing, but not for long. The fire appears to have started in the middle, somewhere beyond that Bradford pear.
