I have been researching at Virginia Commonwealth University since my freshman year of undergraduate study. I have worked for Dr. Nicholas Farrell for almost three years on Cancer Platinum Based Drugs. I was studying the electrostatic interaction of Trinuclear Platinum Based Drugs on DNA. My research was mainly about how these drugs affect the DNA structure (A, B, Z) which lead to apoptosis. Here are some information about my research project:
