I am originally from Iran. I was in Chemistry Olympiad when I was in high school. However, I gave up being in Chemistry Olympiad in order to come to the United States. I came to the United States in the end of 1998 when I was 16 years old. I began studying in Virginia Commonwealth University since my brother was studying at VCU. I studied English in ELP (English Language Program) at VCU for six months before I began my chemistry career. In August of  2002, I finished my chemistry major and now I am in MD/PhD Program at VCU-MCV.
