Human Disease Research

Cancer:

My research is focused on identifying signalling subnetworks associated with apoptosis and chromatin accumulation in adenocarcinoma of the lung.

Stem Cell Cancer Theory:

My work in stem cell cancer thory is focuesed on chromatin signalling changes observed early in carcinonogenesis. This work is done through a collaboration with VCU's Stem Cell Engineering Laboratory.

Networks Research

Prediction of Molecular Interactions:

My work in molecular interaction prediction is focued on closing the gap in the published interactome using stastical mining of transcriptomic and proteomic data.
