The Push-Through Shuffle

The push-through is a 'blind' shuffle, meaning every card retains it's position throughout the move. For an excellent description of the move see Dai Vernon's Revelations 1984. This move is generally done when a cold, or prearragned deck is brought into play. The prearranged deck ensures the sucker gets a hand worth playing, while giving the cheat a slightly better hand. A few blind shuffles, and when the cards are dealt; the lamb is lead to the slaughter.
